Multiple cameras can also be directly integrated into MaxView, providing a secondary visual indication of a perimeter breach for ultimate operator confidence.

What is MaxView?

What systems can MaxView monitor?

Is MaxView only for Bandweaver equipment?

Installation & Integration
How is MaxView installed?
Typically there is a centrally installed MaxView server. It is typically installed on dedicated servers and redundancy can also be included in more advance installations.
What operating systems are supported?
Windows Server is standard; other environments can be supported depending on configuration.
Is the interface customisable?
With the MaxBuilder license it is possible to configure dashboards, maps, and alarm views to match operational needs. Typically, Bandweaver – or one if it’s authorised representatives with the appropriate training and licenses – can carry out this modification for the end user.
Can I add new zones or devices later?
Yes – the system is easily expandable.
How long does installation take?
Typically a few hours to a few days, depending on the complexity and number of integrations.
Can I supply the IPC and install remotely?
Unfortunately, this is not a practically reliable option. Bandweaver has tried this on a number of occasions but there can be incompatibility issues which are not evident even when reviewing PC specs.
Commercial & Support
Is training provided?
Yes – Bandweaver offers on-site and remote operator and administrator training.
What ongoing maintenance is required?
Primarily software updates and occasional configuration checks.
Does Bandweaver provide 24/7 support?
Yes – under a support agreement.
What is the licensing model?
Licences are typically per server with optional add-ons for advanced features or integrations.
What is the lead time for delivery?
Usually 6–10 weeks, depending on customisation requirements and lead time of the hardware. Typically, the hardware is programmed and tested before leaving the Bandweaver facility.
