To address this challenge, Bandweaver deployed its ZoneSentry fiber optic Perimeter Intrusion Detection System (PIDS), providing continuous monitoring across multiple solar fields. The system divides the site into configurable zones, enabling operators to detect and localise intrusion attempts such as climbing or cutting along the perimeter.
Designed for complex terrain and large, distributed layouts, the solution operates without line-of-sight limitations and is immune to electromagnetic interference, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments. Integrated with CCTV and central monitoring systems, it enables rapid verification and response to potential security events.
